   Craig Cooper - Lead Pastor

   Craig is the Lead Pastor at Red Cedar Community Church.  He is married to Krista and has 3 kids, Will, Jake and Vanessa.  Craig brings to RCCC his evangelistic preference.  Craig also works with many different leadership teams at RCCC including the evangelism and extension teams and many other leadership development teams.

   Todd Arneson - Pastor of Connections

   Todd Arneson is Red Cedar's Pastor of Connections, this includes assimilation of new people to the church, congregational care and equipping people to be involved in ministry.  He is married to Kris and has 4 children Bailey, Bethany, Zach and Brianna.  You will usually find Todd on weekends at his beloved Connections Center or connecting someone to something, somehow.

   Heather Semple - Pastor of Spiritual Formation

   Heather Semple is Red Cedar's Pastor of Spiritual Formation, this includes the discipleship and education for all ages, overseeing our LIFE Teams, and our Discovery Team classes. She is married to Jeff and has 2 children Ailee and Bella.

   Jeff Semple - Pastor of Music/Creative Arts

   Jeff is Red Cedar's Music/Creative Arts Pastor. He oversees the music, media, and creative teams. He is also involved float making, youtubing, and building this here website. Jeff is married to Heather and has 2 children Ailee and Bella. His favorite thing about Rice Lake is the stars...and the sunsets, and the drive around the lake, and cheese curds...ok that's enough for now.

   Brandon Willis - Pastor of Student Ministries

   Brandon is Red Cedar's Student Ministries Pastor. He leads our Junior High and High School Ministries. He is also involved in the leadership of our extending ministries. Coming from Michigan Brandon holds true to his "Home Teams" which is not easy for a Lions' fan.

   Lindsey Anderson - Hispanic Ministry Director

   Lindsey is on staff as our Director of Hispanic Ministries. Lindsey has a heart for missions and influence in the Hispanic community here. She can sing, play guitar, and if you ask her nicely she can cut out giant puzzle pieces from a foam board.

   Lisa Giuliano - Office Administrator

   Lisa works in our office as the Office Administrator. In a lot of ways she could be compared to Air Traffic Control. She has to know where all the "planes" are. She knows what's going out and what's coming in relating to all the ministries. Having someone like Lisa in the office means safe landings, no collisions, some good candy for the ride, and possibly an inflight movie on YouTube. She is married to Rocco and they have 3 children, Sophia, Isabella, and Vincent.

   Joyce Beranek - Administrative Assistant

   It's always nice to call and talk to a friendly voice. Joyce is not just a friendly voice, but a key part of our daily operations here at RCCC. She loves her country music and has a great recipe for squirrel.
